A query entered in a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the name or case number and supplies its results. We do not keep or log those query terms on our systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be retained long enough to respond and maintain the related correspondence. It is kept within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

Our systems receive routine technical details when a page loads:

Daviess County Court Docket neither hosts nor sells a database of dockets or personal case information. It publishes general directions to Indiana MyCase, the Daviess Circuit and Superior Courts, and the Daviess County Clerk. We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or third-party profiles.

Outside companies operate the search boxes. Their privacy terms govern information submitted through a tool, including retention and sharing, and those practices are beyond our control. Read the provider's policy before entering a query.
